This year, Merchant Expo will be held on Thursday, June 7th at LaSells Stewart Center, 9:30am to 2:00pm (please note that this event is for non-construction related goods and services). Vendors will receive emails regarding registration starting in early March. If you are a vendor and are not yet on our vendor email list but would like to be, please let us know by sending an email with your contact information to merchant.expo@oregonstate.edu. We look forward to seeing you in June!

Each year as the university’s Fiscal Year comes to an end, Procurement and Contract Services (PaCS) hosts the Merchant Expo. This trade-show event (for non-construction related goods and services) is held at the LaSells Stewart Center and provides vendors the opportunity to rent booth spaces to showcase the goods and services that they can provide to the university. PaCS recognizes the challenges that vendors face in touching base with the large amount of colleges and departments that may be interested in the goods and services their companies can provide. This event is a win-win affair as it provides vendors with a one-stop-shop opportunity to contact OSU staff who are in the market for goods and services they provide and provides OSU staff the opportunity to quickly identify and speak with vendors who can potentially fulfill their departmental procurement needs. With an average of 600 OSU staff members attending, a number of vendors find renting a booth space at the Merchant Expo to be a worthwhile marketing and networking investment.
