A Qualified Rehabilitation Facility, or QRF, is a non-profit organization that puts Oregonians with disabilities to work. A QRF often has a variety of programs to help people with disabilities achieve maximum economic and personal independence through vocational development. It is "qualified" because its programs are registered and reviewed on a regular basis by the Oregon Department of Administrative Services (DAS).
